Plan a week of dinners your family will actually eat

Give it your real constraints, and it plans the week and sorts the grocery list.

The video lands soon. The complete lesson is already below, so you can start now and watch when it goes up.

The problem was never the cooking. It is the planning: what to make, whether the picky one will eat it, whether it fits the budget, and then the grocery list on top of all that.

Tell it what is actually true in your house first: the picky eater, the budget, the time limit, even what is already in the pantry. That is the step people skip, and it is the whole reason the plan usually does not work.

The prompts, free

The full prompts from this lesson, free:

01 · The plan

Plan me 5 weeknight dinners. Here's what's true: [your real constraints: picky eaters, budget, time limit, what's already in the pantry]. Give me the 5 meals with a one-line description each, nothing else yet.

02 · The swap

Swap [day] for something that takes [X] minutes or less, still fits the same budget and [constraint].

03 · The recipes

Good, lock those in. Now give me each one with the full ingredient list and a simple set of steps, short enough to read off my phone while cooking.

04 · The grocery list

Combine the ingredients from all 5 meals into one grocery list. Remove anything I already have in the pantry. Group the rest by store section: produce, meat, dairy, pantry, other.
